We almost bought a Pendo Pad but decided against it when we read some more reviews. Although some reviewers were happy with the Pendo Pad there were quite a lot that weren't. It was mostly just little niggly problems, but who wants those little niggly problems - right! The general consensus was that it was cheap china crap and basically you get what you pay for. So the Pendo Pad is on the cheap side in price and quality!

We also looked at the Dreambook model but found similar stories about that one - cheap and nasty and you get what you pay for. This model was cheaper again but we figure you pay less money but are probably just wasting your money altogether if it's a crappy model. It is better financially to pay a little extra and get a decent tablet.

We looked at the Telstra T-Touch and the Optus MyTab and I was surprised to find a big difference in the reviews of these two models. I thought they would have been fairly similar but it turns out that the Telstra T-Touch didn't get good reviews at all. Optus MyTab got some great reviews and overall is probably the best 7 inch tablet for the money you're paying.

There is also the Samsung Galaxy but that one is getting quite expensive and although the quality is really good, you are paying for it. So we have decided on the Optus MyTab although my brother hasn't got it yet but we have ordered one and it should be here before his birthday.  When he gets it I will come on and write my own review on it!

With such a great gaming system you need to have equally good games.  Here are some of the top rating Playstation 3 games that are definitely worth playing:

Resistance:  Fall of Man

This game is a science fiction based role playing game and is created by the amazing people down at Insomniac Games.  With Resistance: Fall of Man you are following along the footsteps of the resistance leader Nathan Hale.  You will be helping in his attempt to stop the strange alien invasion that is originating in England.

Resistance: Fall of Man is fantastic for its online capabilities and also uses the functionality of the PS3 system very well.  This is one of the hottest games right now available on PS3.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

This game is made by the amazing people at Bethesda Softworks LLC and it was originally releases as a PC game and Xbox 360 game.  Elder Scrolls is lucky enough to have Sean Bean lend his voice to this amazing game.

Oblivion is the fourth edition to this fantasy role playing game that gives its players control over the characteristics and even the personality of their character.  If you love role playing games then this is one of the best yet.

Final Fantasy XIII

Final Fantasy XIII is one of the most anticipated games set for release on Playstation 3.  There are two characters that we know off so far in this game with the first being a mysterious woman wielding a weapon that can switch seamlessly from a sword to a firearm.  The mysterious woman goes by the name of ‘Lightning’.  The other character we know about is an enormous man who is somehow allied with Lightning.

There is also a female version of ‘Cloud’ who was the hero in Final Fantasy 7.

Much different from the previous Final Fantasy games, this game has real time battles that occur with no arc between the character that is in attack and the one in defense.  Icy Shiva and other summons are able to be summoned into battle and they can be made very useful by being able to morph into other items such as motorcycles.

There are some amazing brand new titles being released on Playstation 3 as well as some amazing sequels.

The Playstation 3 really does provide the highest quality gaming experience and will do for some years to come.

For a small screen the PSP has really good graphics and to enjoy Assassins Creed game you need it. Jumping around buildings and assassinating people is like you’re in the game. Blood goes every where and when jumping to a different building if theirs pigeons they move and it’s really clear.

If you don’t feel like doing the missions you can do free roam and jump around the small town. You can also climb up to about thirty meters and jump off into hay bales.

Guards roam the small town so if you need to go onto the floor you can move without been seen by jumping in hay or blend by pretending to be a nun or just creep up behind them and kill them.

You have four different ways of killing guards.

1.       Fist, you can punch them out till they’re on the ground but you have a chance of dying as they carry swords.

2.       Sword, if you choose to use the sword it won’t kill them in one hit, three times and blood will fall and so will they.

3.       Blade, the hidden blade kills them in one attack if they don’t see it coming.

4.       Throwing knifes, these are good for killing guards on roofs with bows, it also comes with a small sword.

If you haven’t played Assassins Creed yet then I really recommend it, it is an awesome game.  I would give Assassins Creed a rating of 8/10.

I still had my game and I was at the back of the field in defense. In football you have to stay on your person and if they leave you follow and that’s what my guy did. He went straight up the field to be were ever the ball was. This was good for me because I wasn’t at the back being bored. I was at the back for three quarters got some marks and tackled some people. In the last my coach budgie came up and told me someone told him I wanted to be at the front so I was up at the front. The ball was down there end then Casey one of our team players kicked it out josh got it kicked it to me I went for it picked it up and kicked it. GOAL!!! Finally the first goal of the year for me. It was a ruck from the middle and the ball came down again. I got it and got tackled but as I went down my leg flung up and I kicked the ball. Again a goal. It was a ruck the ball came over and Sam got the goal. The ball came down again but josh got the goal and the horn went. We won the match.

She has a small swimming pool and now the big swimming pool and is buying heaps of stuff.  That is a screenshot of her city below, but it's hard to see cause I had to zoom out to fit it all in.

In Social City now you can buy more land and have different areas of land, so you could have one for commercial stuff and one for houses and stuff, although I'm not 100% sure how that all works since I think each area has it's own population, but you need to keep a good balance of residential and leisure buildings to keep your population happy, so if you put all residential in one area and all leisure in another, then the population wouldn't be happy.

I haven't bought any new land yet and neither has Mum so we haven't tried it out to see how it works.  The good thing about the further you go in the game, then the faster it goes.  Because you have more people and buildings then your points and money go up faster and faster all the time.

Plants VS Zombies is a game that you can just play on your own computer. It’s about zombies taking over your house so you have to defend it with your plants. You can get zombies from normal to Michal Jackson. You play in many different places of your home like back yard with a pool or the front yard with grave stones.

Here are some cheats

Future – makes zombies have glasses.

Mustache – makes zombies have mustaches.

Sukhbir – makes zombies talk and want brains.

Pinata – makes the zombies leave candy when you kill them.

Daisies – makes the zombies leave daisies when you kill them.

During the game you will unlock mini games,  shop, dictionary, tree, more plants, and lots more different types of zombies. You meet a game named crazy Dave. He tells you what to do and owns the shop.

Most zombies take a while to kill so get as much pea shooters as you can and as much sun flowers. I like to have the flowers at the back then the shooters and at the front the defense such as the squash and walnuts. The game starts of really easy but as you go on it gets really hard.

Call of duty has many names like world at war, modern war fair and heaps more. So heaps of people play it. I mostly play online and here are some hints to get you to be top of the leader board.

1)      Before you do anything make sure your name is . or , make sure its small and that way people will find it really hard to see your name and yes so will your team but you won’t die.

2)      If you’re in a battle or know your being shot at lie down and pretend to be dead. So if they go towards you cut them on the legs.

3)      You here the dogs barking. Run!!! Find a corner and get into it. If there your dogs follow them because they will lead you to them and if you see your own dogs don’t let them kill the person because those points are going to no were.

4)      Artillery strikes. Don’t just stand there because who ever done it can see were the enemy is so run around and they won’t be able to catch you.

5)      If you see a tank on your team go next to it and stay with it. If there are people they’ll focus on the tank not you.

Weapons

Sniper – if you have a sniper your best chance to win is to get some were high. Find stairs but if you are, get out your pistol and keep it up high. When you get as high as you can lie down. This will make it harder for people to hit you. Only shoot if the person in still. If you do and miss it will blow your cover.

Machine guns – if you have a machine gun don’t stop keep on moving and if you do have to stop to reload or take cover go into a corner but make it quick. If you see some one don’t shoot them till you know you’ll hit them. If not follow them until they stop till reload.

pistol - if you have a pistol don’t go high but don’t keep moving. Go into the grass or into a corner so if someone comes you can shoot them or hit them.

Grenades – grenades are one of the most important things. If your in a battle throw one just incase you die you have a chase they might blow up.
