7 Inch Tablets
We've been doing some research on 7 Inch Tablets recently when my brother wanted an iPad for his birthday. His birthday is next month and he isn't getting an iPad but instead is getting a 7 inch tablet. So we've been looking around at the different 7 inch models to find which one is best value for a reasonable price.
We almost bought a Pendo Pad but decided against it when we read some more reviews. Although some reviewers were happy with the Pendo Pad there were quite a lot that weren't. It was mostly just little niggly problems, but who wants those little niggly problems - right! The general consensus was that it was cheap china crap and basically you get what you pay for. So the Pendo Pad is on the cheap side in price and quality!
We also looked at the Dreambook model but found similar stories about that one - cheap and nasty and you get what you pay for. This model was cheaper again but we figure you pay less money but are probably just wasting your money altogether if it's a crappy model. It is better financially to pay a little extra and get a decent tablet.
We looked at the Telstra T-Touch and the Optus MyTab and I was surprised to find a big difference in the reviews of these two models. I thought they would have been fairly similar but it turns out that the Telstra T-Touch didn't get good reviews at all. Optus MyTab got some great reviews and overall is probably the best 7 inch tablet for the money you're paying.
There is also the Samsung Galaxy but that one is getting quite expensive and although the quality is really good, you are paying for it. So we have decided on the Optus MyTab although my brother hasn't got it yet but we have ordered one and it should be here before his birthday. When he gets it I will come on and write my own review on it!

The Samsung Galaxy looks fantastic but is on the expensive side. I do like the Optus MyTab, that looks like a lot of fun
